How much money can you make with your podcast?

A year ago, Steven Bartlett said his podcast makes him $1.2 million a year. It’s the lowest income stream he’s got. He said if you don’t love it, you won’t do it because certainly, you don’t do it for the money. To put this into perspective, he’s got almost a million subs on Youtube and 47 million views. I would assume currently he’s making around triple that, maybe a little more.
