Why Should You Wake Up at 5 am?
Last year I’ve decided one of my New Year’s resolutions will be waking up at 5 am. I tried this before many times in my life and it never lasted long. However, I’ve never been as busy as I am right now and I simply can’t do it all if I don’t get a head start every morning.
What you need in order to wake up at 5am is the reason, a plan and a will/motivation to stick to it. If you’re not busy enough, this is not going to work. Work on your plan and a reason.
