Karma is real, guys. Behave.

The billionaire owner of OnlyFans, Leonid Radvinsky, has died at 43 after cancer, according to multiple outlets on March 23, 2026. He acquired the company behind OnlyFans in 2018, after already being involved in the online adult industry for years through earlier businesses. Under his ownership, OnlyFans became one of the biggest adult-content platforms on earth and helped turn sexual content into a polished, subscription-based business model worth billions. (The Guardian)

Now, before people start crying that this is “judgmental,” let me say this clearly: I am not mocking a man for dying of cancer. Cancer is horrific. Death is serious. But death also makes people look back at a life and ask what that person built, what they normalised, and what damage was left behind. That is not cruelty. That is accountability.
