Where Is The TINDER SWINDLER Now? Why He’s Not In Jail?

I have bad news for everybody hoping that justice, fairness and karma is actually very quick. It’s not. What happened after Simon Leviev’s fraud on all these women for 10 million dollars?

He went to prison as we saw at the end of The Tinder Swindler Netflix documentary but honestly he got arrested for something completely different. He was sentenced to 15 months prison in Israel, however after 5 months of good behavior he was released and he was back at his lifestyle very, very quickly.

You can check his Instagram, he’s living his best life. He’s got all the money in the world and I think he’s even richer than before. He also started the marketing agency where he helps people with their marketing or whatever.

It’s just so funny and twisted he’s not in prison and there’s no charges against him for the frauds and these women still pay their debt today.

So who actually won?

There are no charges against him because those women gave him the money voluntarily. He didn’t hold the gun against their face, he didn’t do anything. All he did was saying he’s in trouble and he needs help. He needs money so he tells them he’s in danger. I don’t think it classifies as a crime. It’s a fraud in general but it would be very difficult to prove or to actually put him in jail and that’s why I think the police and the investigators think this doesn’t stand a chance in court.

Basically the only reason he went to jail was because he had fake passports and fake documents.

All these women are paying off the debt and he’s just like wearing his Gucci, flying private jets and he doesn’t care. So the question is, is he doing this fraud right now with other women or what’s the deal?

Did he get paid by Netflix or Tinder?

Simon Leviev is going to make a statement in couple of days. He says the whole story from The Tinder Swindler on Netflix is twisted and he’s got his own version and he’s gonna share it publicly in couple of days.

I’m very curious to hear what he has to say.
